NFCN’s Wednesday night ministry is intentionally focused on both ministry preparation and discipleship of believers. On Wednesdays we will engage in a fellowship opportunity in The Press called Popcorn & Praise from 5:30-6:30 pm. Come and gather with your friends to munch on some fresh, delicious popcorn (safely prepared and packaged) while enjoying inspiring praise music. Then head off to your ministry prep or class, or if you just need to sit and fellowship we invite you to do that as well.
SALT is the new theme for Wednesday nights! Let us not lose our saltiness, friends, so we can remain impactful in our world!
SALT – Matthew 5:13-16 “You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people’s feet. “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
Shine – 1 John 1:7 “If we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.”
Abide – John 15:5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in Him, He it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.”
Live – John 10:10 “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came so that they would have life, and have it abundantly.”
Teach – 2 Timothy 3:14-17 “Continue in the things you have learned and become convinced of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the sacred writings which are able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.”
As we move forward through 2021, let’s remain steadfast in our Hope that lies only in Jesus Christ! God bless you!
Hopeful With You,
