Bethany Tibbs is the Children’s Pastor at NFCN overseeing children Birth – 5th grade. Bethany’s love for children and serving has allowed her the opportunity to serve in this role, beginning in September 2020. She provides leadership for the Children’s Ministry Team, coordinating worship opportunities for our children, and leading children to have a personal relationship with Jesus. 

Bethany received both her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, and her Master’s degree in Educational Administration from TNU . She has been a teacher in the MNPS System for 15 years. She has served in Children’s Ministry in various roles including Sunday morning volunteer, VBS leader, and most recently as the Preschool Ministry Associate. Bethany stepped into the role of Children’s Ministry Director when she felt the call of God to take more of a leadership position within Children’s Ministry. She is also the Director of MOPS (Mothers Of PreSchoolers) with our 510 Foundation. In February 2021, Bethany received her local ministers license and has begun the process of ordination. She loves building relationships with children and their families.

Bethany is married to Travis, and they have a son, Charlie. In her free time, you will catch her watching Gilmore Girls and baking cookies.
